For our local customers a return will never be necessary. You will always have the chance to inspect the furniture prior to the Madbury Road partner leaving your house. Our process ensures 100% satisfaction on the day of delivery. For this reason we do not offer refunds or accept returns on orders within our local delivery areas.

Outside our local area
At Madbury Road, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. It is very important that you fully inspect the shipment upon arrival and notify your delivery driver of any noticeable damage. As soon as you sign for the delivery you are legally claiming that your shipment has arrived undamaged. If you notice minor damage you can notify the driver and ask him to make a note on the delivery slip that says “Subject to Inspection.” This way when you contact Madbury Road, we will have the ability to have our insurance cover the damage. In either case as long as you bring up the damage before signing for the delivery, we will be able to make sure every piece of furniture is fully replaced and that you are 100% satisfied.

Orders can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchasing, minus the cost of shipping and return shipping. The furniture must be returned it its original packaging, and Madbury Road cannot be responsible for any damage caused in return shipping. Items that are opened and not returned in the original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
