Within our local delivery area

For our local customers a return will never be necessary. You will always have the chance to inspect the furniture prior to the Madbury Road partner leaving your house. Our process ensures 100% satisfaction on the day of delivery. For this reason we do not offer refunds or accept returns on orders within our local delivery areas.

Outside our local area

At Madbury Road, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. It is very important that you fully inspect the shipment upon arrival and notify your delivery driver of any noticeable damage. As soon as you sign for the delivery you are legally claiming that your shipment has arrived undamaged. If you notice minor damage you can notify the driver and ask him to make a note on the delivery slip. This way when you contact Madbury Road, we will have the ability to have our insurance cover the damage. You also have the right to refuse the shipment due to damage. In either case as long as you bring up the damage before signing for the delivery, we will be able to make sure every piece of furniture is fully replaced and that you are 100% satisfied.

If, within 7 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund. We offer free return shipping on all orders within 7 days. If you receive your order and it is simply not what you expected we will cover the cost of shipping the products back to us. We cannot accept returns on sets that have been completely opened. If you are unsure after opening one piece of furniture, please contact Madbury Road before opening any more pieces. As soon as we receive the furniture in the same condition it left in we will refund 100% of your money. In a case where we receive the furniture and it is damaged we have the right to deduct the cost for replacing the furniture from your refund amount.

We cannot accept returns of any items after 7 days of the purchase as well as any final-sale items which will be clearly indicated before making the purchase as well as on your invoice.

All returns must be sent back using the same packaging material that the furniture was sent to you in. Notify Madbury Road immediately if the furniture arrives damaged. We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. We are not in any way out to take advantage of our customers.

As soon as we receive all the furniture in the same condition it was sent in we will issue a full refund. Once all furniture has been returned in the same condition we will mail a check out within 3-5 business days.
